1. WHAT IS MIGHT BE – RECRUITMENT SOFTWARE?

“MightBe” is a recruitment software suitable for recruitment companies. It enables recruitment companies to automate all their business activities with respect to candidates and employers.

2. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS SOFTWARE?

3. IS THIS GENERIC SOFTWARE?

This software is not generic as you are able to customize this software to fit your recruitment business needs.

4. IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?

As this software is not generic, we cannot provide a free trial. But we do offer a free demo for anyone interested in viewing our software first. Please fill ‘Request-a-Demo’ form.

5. IF I AM INTERESTED IN BOOKING A DEMO WHAT IS MY FIRST STEP?

Simply fill out the ‘demo-request form located at the bottom of the website and one of our team members will contact you and provide a free demo by sharing computer screen.

6. HOW LONG IS THE DURATION OF THE SOFTWARE DEMO?

The demo will take 15-20 minutes approximately.

7. WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?

You don’t have to invest huge amount of money for this software. There will be simple monthly subscriptions which will cover everything – maintenance, updates etc.

8. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

NO, but if there are any special requests such as added functionalities, an additional charge will be added to the monthly cost.

9. HOW DO I PAY FOR THIS SOFTWARE?

Sign up with our website. Choose a package you would like to take. You can use your Debit / Credit card to make your first month payment. Thereafter, your card will automatically be charged until you cancel the subscription with us.

10. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THIS SOFTWARE?

You won’t receive any physical software. Your application will be hosted in our secure cloud.

11. WILL I RECEIVE THE SOFTWARE STRAIGHT AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED A PACKAGE?

No. We may take 2-3 business days to make your software ready for your use.

12. WILL I RECEIVE INVOICES WHEN I MAKE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS?

Yes, you will receive an invoice after every monthly payment for your MightBe Software.

13. IF I NO LONGER WANT TO USE YOUR SOFTWARE HOW QUICKLY CAN I STOP MAKING PAYMENTS?

You’re not tied up for long term contract. Just give us 30 days written notice and cancel your subscription.

14. CAN I MOVE DATA FROM MY PREVIOUS WEBSITE?

Yes, you are able to move data from the previous site which is called “Data Migration”. We will help you in migrating your data.

15. WILL THERE BE EXTRA COSTS IF I MIGRATE MY DATA FROM MY PREVIOUS SITE OR SYSTEM?

Yes, there will be but it all depends on how much data you need to migrate and we will assess and quote you a price.

16. HOW LONG DOES DATA MIGRATION TAKE?

The time LENGTH will depend on how much data needs to be transferred to our software.

17. WILL MY DATA BE SECURE?

Yes, we take every care for data security.

18. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DEVELOP THIS SOFTWARE?

Typically in a week. If you have got some extra needs, it might take a bit longer.

19. WILL THE WEBSITE THAT COMES WITH THE PACKAGE BE RESPONSIVE?

Yes, your website will be responsive and can be accessed from mobiles, tablets, and desktops.

20. CAN THE WEBSITE BE CUSTOMISED TO MEET MY DESIGN REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, we design and develop your website as per your requirements. We have got a team of great designers / developers who can design and develop for you an awesome site.

21. IF I HAVE PAYMENTS THROUGH MY WEBSITE CAN I CHANGE THE CURRENCY?

Yes.

22. WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK PAYMENTS TO MY SITE THROUGH MY ADMIN PANEL?

Yes.

23. AM I ABLE TO REMOVE JOBSEEKERS IF THEY NO LONGER NEED OUR RECRUITMENT SERVICES?

Yes, you are able to activate and deactivate jobseekers whenever it is necessary.

24. WILL I HAVE TO MANUALLY UPGRADE THIS SOFTWARE FOR NEW VERSIONS OR IS IT AUTOMATIC?

The software will be upgraded automatically. It does not need to be manually controlled.

25. ARE ALL THE PACKAGES FIXED?

All packages displayed on the website are fixed, but functionalities can be added if they are required.

26. IF I SUBSCRIBE TO SILVER PACKAGE NOW, CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE IN FUTURE AS PER MY

BUSINESS NEEDS?
Yes, you are able to upgrade your software package whenever you need.

27. CAN I DOWNGRADE MY SOFTWARE PACKAGE, IF NEEDED?

Yes, you are able to downgrade your software package if needed but you will have to use that package for a month before downgrading and will also have to give 30 days written notice.

28. HOW MUCH DATA STORAGE ALLOWANCE WE HAVE IN OUR PACKAGE?

You will be provided with 100GB of data storage maximum. If you would like to increase this we can provide it for you, but this will invite additional charges.

29. IS THIS SOFTWARE AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.

30. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE ON THE SOFTWARE?

At the moment, we only provide it in English.

31. HOW EASY IS IT TO USE THIS SOFTWARE?

The software is very easy to use and very clear to understand for all new users.

32. HOW OFTEN IS THE SOFTWARE UPDATED?

The software is updated every 3- 6 months according to new trends, technologies and security threats.

33. CAN I MAKE THE BACKUP OF MY DATA?

Yes, you can.

The technology used for this software is PHP, MySql and Apache.

35. WHAT SERVER DO YOU USE FOR THIS SOFTWARE?

The server used for this software is Apache Cloud version.

36. DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING ON HOW TO USE THE SOFTWARE?

It is very simple and easy to use. Still we provide initial training to any one member of your staff.

37. WILL I BE GIVEN TECHNICAL SUPPORT IF SOFTWARE PROBLEMS OCCUR?

Yes, you will have complete support. In most cases, we resolve problems within one working day.
